The facts:
Types of caps: plastic, aluminium, crown cork. One or more parts and all kinds of special caps.
Colours: all customary cap colours, also bright white and black.
Test speed: up to 3,200 caps/ min
Types of cameras: up to four per system per each use of black and white or colour cameras.
The highlights: - Critical inside testing of plastic and metal caps such as sealing surface, moulding and liner testing and testing of inside screw thread
- Dynamic adaptation of shape of test surface
- Testing of the outer cover surface with CAPchecker® AROUND or 4M.

The complete systems
With the CAPmaster CMC / HS as a complete system we also supply you with a compact lead and testing machine with the CAPorientor COR / HS and a belt system for connection to the cooling belt or a bulk goods container.
For integration, e.g. in assembly systems for multiple part caps, we also supply the transport belt system CAPconveyor CCV / HS with the integrated 1, 2 or 3 camera CAPchecker® . |
