Crate content control with menu technology
The growing manifold of products in the bottle cellar is reflected in an increasing number in types of crates – an increasing challenge for the automatic content control.
The opsis BOXchecker is therefore consistently geared toward menu-controlled operation in its installation. The user on site can easily learn new types of crates without any knowledge of programming: all types of compartments for all crates on the market can be selected as a pictogram. The set up is already completed after a reference scan – it can't be any easier than that!
Another advantage of the opsis BOXchecker lies in its high rate of universality with respect to the size of the crates, division of the compartments and size of the bottles. Besides the version for the content control prior to unpacking, there is also a version for beverage wholesale, which guarantees automatic recording of the level of contents for up to 500 different types of crates in connection with the crate detection.
The advantages of opsis BOXchecker:
Menu-controlled input of different compartment divisions with a graphical user interface on a colour monitor
Testing in a mixture of different types of crates - Highest processing speed (up to 5,000 crates / h)
Menu-controlled parameter setting Transparent monitor display
The testing parameters are:
Output via serial or parallel interface. Measurements:
